1. Service Description

Weaver Chat is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows users to upload documents and create AI-powered chatbots from their content. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for spam, abuse, or reverse engineering
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant Weaver Chat a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.

4. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weaver Chat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace from the Settings page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is permanently deleted.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
